Why 2XL and up cost a little more
Because the blank costs us more, and we're going to be straight about the number. Bella+Canvas and Gildan charge us $2 more at 2XL, $4 at 3XL, $6 at 4XL. We charge a dollar over that — $3, $5, $7.
That extra dollar isn't the blank. It's ours, and it's there because extended sizes come back more often than the rest of the range: fit is harder to get right, and a returned print-on-demand shirt can't be resold to anyone else. We'd rather show you the two numbers than fold one into the other and call the whole thing cost.
We used to absorb the difference entirely. That sounds generous and it wasn't sustainable — on a 4XL PT shirt it was taking about forty percent of what we make, which is the kind of quiet arithmetic that ends with a shop dropping the bigger sizes altogether. We'd rather charge for them and keep making them.

Every garment we sell is a standard Bella+Canvas, Gildan or Independent Trading blank. Sizing follows those brands, not ours. Measurements are in inches, taken flat.
The single most common exchange we could avoid: the triblend tees run fitted. If you are between sizes, or you want a relaxed fit, size up.
How to measure
Don't measure yourself — measure a shirt you already own and like, laid flat. Width is armpit to armpit. Length is the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem. Match those to the table.
