Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information, and order only with authorization to use the payment method. Prices are shown in US dollars; applicable shipping and taxes appear at checkout. We may decline orders involving fraud, unavailable products or a material listing error. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and refund the affected purchase. We will not increase an accepted order’s price without your agreement.

Production and delivery

Shirts and hoodies are made after you order. Orders can be changed or cancelled only until production starts. Production is estimated at 3–7 business days, with delivery estimated at up to four additional business days within the continental US. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Other destinations can take longer. If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will offer the delay or cancellation and refund options required by law. See Shipping & Returns.

Product details and returns

Check the selected color, size and measurements before ordering. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. We do not offer exchanges simply to change a size or color. Contact us promptly about wrong or damaged items, and within 30 days of delivery about a mislabeled item. See our refund policy for details. These policies do not limit remedies or rights that applicable law guarantees.

Our website and designs

You may browse and shop for personal, lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent information or reproduce our original designs and content for commercial use without permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. JSOC Shop is independent, unofficial merchandise and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Department of Defense, any command or unit.

Privacy and responsibility

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new effective date. The terms in effect when you order govern that purchase.
